How does coaching work?

HOW DO BRENNA HUCKABY'S LIFE COACHING PROGRAMS WORK?

For best results I recommend that you work with a personal life coach for a minimum of 3 months. It is important you build a trusting relationship with your life coach so you can work through any limiting beliefs or blocks that may be in your way of achieving your goals.

All of my coaching programs begin with a free 30- minute strategy session where you will identify barriers in your goals and set challenging, realistic goals. Once this call is compete and we are a great fit for each other we will go through the following steps:

PART 1: IDENTIFY LIMITING BELIEFS


At the beginning of our program we will work on identifying the limiting beliefs holding you back from living a life worth fighting for. This is what Brenna has focused her energy on for years in her personal and professional life. In order to achieve any of your goals in life, career, relationship, or health you have to do the tough, inner work to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your habits, and your purpose. Often times the biggest reason you're not seeing results in your life is because of your limiting beliefs, thoughts, and patterns, not your ability. You have all the tools you need to be successful, now lets work on the mindset to get you the results you've been working for.

STEP 2: DEVELOP PATTERNS TO OVERCOME THE BELIEFS

Brenna uses Neuro linguistic programing, Emotional Freedom Technique, and Mindfulness to help develop new patters to overcome your limiting belief. These new patters will help create new neuro pathways that you can use as regular habits for the rest of your life. During this time you will achieve massive breakthroughs and shifts to overcome the blocks in the way of your dream life.

STEP 3: REINFORCE PATTERNS AND ACHIEVE GOALS

The rest of your work with Brenna will focus on reinforcing these new patterns and pathways so you can use them to achieve the goals you set at the beginning of your coaching program. Brenna is here to not only help you move through limiting beliefs, but also celebrate your wins and successes that come up in our journey of working together.
